  1. Introduction:

The charging and discharging aging system mainly includes PC software, USB hub, router, and aging instrument. Under one server, up to 254 instruments can be controlled, enabling unified operation of multiple instruments.

2.10 Management Software

Based on the Windows operation interface, the MYSQ database is used to store test data, which greatly facilitates the staff to query data and export data online. The battery bar code code, time, and device number can be used to view the charge and discharge aging curve, and the curve can be exported.

4.4 Multiple instruments can communicate with PC software by using the network, which reduces the computer interface. Only one network port is needed to control all instruments, ensuring the real-time and complete communication data.

4.5 The number of the instrument is displayed by the LED light, which can be intuitively queried to the position of the corresponding numbered instrument. The number can be modified by software, which reflects the flexibility of the instrument.

4.6 The instrument provides P+ and P- interfaces. It also provides CH+ and CH-. It can measure special finished batteries, and charge and discharge on one instrument.

4.7 The battery can be charged as long as it is in the tested range, avoiding the problem that the charger can only charge a specific model battery.
